Wen-Tsing oversees all primary research activities, designing and executing research to provide useful strategic counsel for clients. He has over ten years of experience in quantitative and qualitative market research and consulting, including extensive experience in online research and advanced methodologies such as MaxDiff and conjoint analysis. He has managed research for over 50 clients including Dartmouth College, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, JDRF, and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

Previously, Wen-Tsing worked at Knowledge Networks, where he managed online polling projects for CBS News including the "public pulse" projects (nationwide online dial tests) that featured prominently on the CBS Evening News throughout the 2000 general election.  Wen-Tsing is a member of the American Association of Public Opinion Researchers (AAPOR). 

Troy Petenbrink has more than two decades of experience as a strategic communications leader and freelance travel journalist. His work has appeared in The Miami Herald, Travel & Leisure, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, TravelChannel.com and many others. He was also a chapter contributor to Fodor's "535 Best Beaches in the U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico." In addition to his writing, Troy has been a frequent guest on WTTG-TV (FOX affiliate) and WJLA-TV (ABC affiliate). He is also an active member of the North American Travel Journalists Association and the International Food Wine and Travel Writers Association.

As a working journalist, Troy is very knowledgeable of industry trends and needs – having presented at the VA Tourism Summit and providing strategic counseling to multiple destinations and hospitality companies including Durham, N.C.; Santa Fe, N.M.; Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino; and Destination Hotels.

With 15 years of digital marcom experience across varied industries, Matt brings a unique mix of strategic and creative skills as evident in his work for consumer brands such as TD Bank, Discovery Channel, and GEICO as well as for community-focused clients including MedStar Health, Enterprise Community Partners, and SAMHSA.

As Vice President at Ogilvy Washington, Matt led the digital strategy for #OK2Talk, a youth-focused mental health campaign for National Association of Broadcasters in partnership with the White House. Matt also served as a senior strategist to BP Oil’s corporate communications team following the Deepwater Horizon crisis, directing online monitoring support, social media community and influencer management, online advocacy measurement, and content development.

With a love of design and helping people work better together, Kerri brings a diverse range of experiences to her position as project manager and senior designer. As a designer, Kerri has created beautiful designs for identity, print and online, some award winning. She digs deep in to content to find new ways to represent abstract, dry or sensitive content. As a project manager, she ensures that things move smoothly between designers, clients, and vendors. Her strong organizational skills keep clients happy and coming back. Kerri continues to explore ways to improve her impact on society by facilitating the SHINE mentoring program with the AIGA DC chapter. 

Mike Bento, CEO

Greg began his career in research and strategic planning as Deputy Assistant to the President for Communications in the Carter White House. In that role, he directed the Presidential speechwriting office and advised the President on long-range communications strategy. Also at the White House Greg led the President’s reorganization project that resulted in the creation of The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and served as the President’s personal representative at major natural disasters.

Over the years, Greg has advised hundreds of political, corporate and non-profit clients on research-based communications and marketing strategy. These have included the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Department of Education, Snowsports Industries America, General Electric, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, United Health Group, Standard & Poor’s, UPS, CBS, LabCorp, The Washington Post, Major League Baseball, The U.S. Golf Association, and The Smithsonian Institution.

Greg Schneiders, Research Director  

Mike is an accomplished strategic marketing executive, with a 25 year track record of results in a variety of clients in the tourism, conservation, education, and public health sectors. 

Mike has consulted with major for profit and non-profit organizations including the Anacostia Watershed Society, the D.C. Department of Health, the Montana Office of Tourism, the National Park Service, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, Perfect Health Inc., the National Audubon Society, the Nature Conservancy, and many others.

On the client side, Mike was the Executive Vice President for Marketing and Communication at Communities In Schools, the nation’s largest dropout prevention organization, as well as the Senior Vice President at the National Park Foundation, overseeing all corporate and consumer marketing programs and channels.  For thirteen years, Mike was a Senior Vice President at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, directing the agency's work on behalf of the National Park Service, Miller Brewing Company, Pfizer, Nestle, and the U.S Centers for Disease Control among others.   

Dan Banks, Creative Director

Dan has been creating effective and award-winning brand and message design for more than 25 years.  As a graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design, he is steeped in timeless design theory yet creates without boundaries or preconceived notions. To him, each project is important and unique, and it’s vital to get the client’s message right for the audience.  As creative director Dan’s main jobs include content and usability strategist, brand builder, visual director, team leader, business builder, and client partner. His team is a collective of talents that cover branding, print, and digital products and work together to make it happen.

Dan is the past president and advisory board member of the design association AIGA DC chapter. For years he was an adjunct design professor at American University and has been a speaker on branding and web design. Dan’s creativity has spilled over into interior design and color consulting; most notably, he was a featured designer on HGTV’s Curb Appeal..

Tracey Savell Reavis is a journalist and sports historian who has worked as a reporter at Sports Illustrated magazine, Press Officer for the US Olympic Committee, Staff Writer at the National Basketball Association and Director of Research at Callaway Golf Media Ventures.  Tracey counts as some of her greatest career moments the thrill of standing on the pitcher’s mound at Yankee Stadium, on center court at Madison Square Garden, on the 50-yard-line at Giants Stadium, on the pitch at Camp Nou, the stadium for FC Barcelona, and attending the Opening Ceremony of the Atlanta Olympic Games.

Tracey held positions as a Staff Writer at the NBA, Director of Research at Callaway Golf Media Ventures, Press Officer for the US Olympic Committee, Reporter at Sports Illustrated, and Research Editor at Martha Stewart Living.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Tracey has a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Fordham University, and a Masters in Sports Management..
